The Assessor’s office is failing us. For decades, an entrenched bureaucracy of career political insiders in the assessor's office has fueled a system of inflated, outrageous property-tax assessments that punish families just for owning a home. While seniors on fixed incomes and working families struggle to stay afloat, bureaucrat salaries keep growing, property tax assessments soar and tax bills continue to skyrocket . Enough is enough.
I am not a career politician; I am a husband, a father, a successful business owner, and a lifelong born and raised Riverside County resident. With a Master’s degree in management and years of experience in business and overseeing tens of millions in budgets on public and private boards, I bring a tax payer watchdog's approach to the Assessor’s office. I know how to cut through bureaucratic bloat, identify waste, deliver efficiency and ensure the system works for the people—not the other way around.
As your Assessor-Clerk-Recorder, I am not here to perpetuate the status quo—I am here to reform it. This office belongs to you, not the life long career political insiders that have ruled it for decades. My commitment is to bring order, fairness, and accountability back to the assessors office:
